"memorandum" is one of the timeless works of the artist collective, dumb type whose work ranges across such diverse disciplines as the visual art, architecture, computer programming, music, audiovisual as well as dance and other forms of performing arts.
"memorandum" brings dumb type's unique audiovisual architectonics to an investigation of memory. The first version of this show was presented in 1999 by Le Manege, Scene Nationale de Maubeuge. It was also presented in Paris, Berlin, Madrid, Tel Aviv as well as The Museum of Art, Kochi in Japan. The final version was premiered at the New National Theatre of Tokyo in 2000.
