Terms Relating to Overseas Delivery Utilizing International Shipment Contracting Services

1. About the target goods
(1)The target goods for “overseas delivery using international shipment contracting services” (hereinafter, “overseas delivery”) are limited to the goods posted on the “mu-mo Shop Overseas Sales Site” (hereinafter, “Overseas Sales Site”).
(2)There is no guarantee that the goods posted on the overseas sales site can be delivered to all countries or regions. There is also the possibility that they may not be able to clear customs depending on the country or region to which they are being delivered.
(3)Please be aware that it may not be possible to replay the DVDs or Blu-Ray Discs among the target goods with a player in the residential area of a User, depending on differences in the playback system or regional code.
2．About payments
(1)Payments are limited to settlement by the following credit cards.
Visa, MasterCard, JCB, DC, UFJ Nicos, Credit Saison, AMEX
(2)Users shall pay to the Company (a) the amount for the target goods purchased by the User, and (b) the shipment charge up to the point of delivery inside the country specified by the User (hereinafter, “specified domestic point of delivery”) .

※Separately, a delivery charge from the “specified domestic point of delivery” to the “overseas point of shipment specified by the User” will be incurred by provider of “international shipment contracting service” .
※There may be cases where customs duties or other import taxes and customs clearance charges are assessed at the overseas point of delivery. For the specifics, please inquire at the “international shipment contracting service” that you use.
3．About delivery
(1)We do not deliver directly overseas. It is necessary for the User to register separately with the following international shipment contracting services.

(2)We shall undertake at the Company’s liability only shipments from the Company to the “specified domestic point of delivery”, and at the point in time when the goods are delivered to the specified domestic point of delivery, the Company shall have performed the sales contract for the goods in question.
(3)A contract between the User and said “international shipment contracting service” provider shall be applied as concerns the delivery from the “specified domestic point of delivery” to the “overseas point of shipment specified by the user”. The “international shipment contracting services” are services independent of our services, and we bear no liability at all for the delivery from the “specified domestic point of delivery” to the “overseas point of shipment specified by the user”.
４．About returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges of goods shall be possible only in those cases where the delivered goods have been broken or stained, they are different from the ordered goods, or they have other clear defect, and we receive an e-mail message or is contacted by telephone within 7 days after the goods arrive. We regard the goods inspections, etc. conducted by the “international shipment contracting services” provider pursuant to its contract with the User as an inspection by the User, and will not accept any returns or exchanges other than those specified above.
